Payment
& Prices
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express, Money
orders, Cheques (goods will not be dispatched until cheques have
cleared) and payment by online or telephone banking.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where
applicable. Prices do not include shipping costs.
Postage
and Handling
We generally use Australia Post regular services at the rate charged
by Australian post although Express and Courier Services, and
extra cover are available upon request. At times we will use alternative
post systems where we can get a cheaper rate. Postal rates can
change at any time. We are more than happy to quote any postage
upon request.

Delivery
Goods are
usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. If there
is any delay in posting items, notification will be sent by email.
Where payment is by cheque, items will be dispatched after cheques
have been cleared.
Refunds
Incorrectly
described products
Novel Lines will happily refund or exchange items, including the
cost of shipping, if the book has been incorrectly described. Just
email or contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Damaged
Products
If products arrive damaged, you have 48 hours
from the time of receiving goods, to notify us that the item is
damaged. Mutually agreeable arrangements will then be made to rectify
the problem.
Privacy
Policy
Our site uses a secure page to request information,
which is then used for the purposes of payment and fulfilling orders.
Your privacy and purchases are confidential and contact and financial
information are not given to anyone. Our web site has security measures
in place to protect customer information. We use 128-bit SSL encryption
to protect your financial information.
